By looking at the two pictures side-by-side, I can say I'm very impressed by the change. I use the device 3 times a week for approximately 10/15mins. I start with the CV mode on level 2 + LED light, massage for 10 minutes, and then do 5-10 minutes of the RF mode level 2 also with the LED. (I'm not really convinced that using only LED mode by itself would provide any results, but I always turn it on when using the other two, because it's there anyway, so why not lol). I usually do that in the evening while watching TV. Also, I try to drink lots of water. It probably helped too. And the other tip I can give is that I only use the massager 2 to 3 times a week as recommended in the manual, but I like to massage some oil on my skin every day when I get out of the shower.
